Through yoga, we’ll build strength, flexibility and stamina in our physical bodies. We'll work on balance and play with our energy levels to notice how our bodies feel when they are energized and when they are relaxed. We'll work up and sweat and then chill out.
Yoga can help kids learn to manage emotions, focus, and develop an inner voice that is kind, strong and capable of soothing and nurturing themselves for a lifetime.
I love science and have a great time creating sequences to move our bodies that also teach students about biology and ecology.
